Greetings my fellow key clubbers! I feel so honored to be serving Rancho Key Club as the 2020-2021 RTC chair in which I will be the head of planning and organizing the events that will transpire during the 2020-2021 Regional Training Conference. In this position I will guide my fellow committee members to create a safe environment in which we will all work cohesively to make the upcoming RTC as successful as possible. Even though RTC is months away, there is no sooner time than now to start building a triumphant committee full of honorable, hard working members. This position holds many great responsibilities that I promise to uphold with the best of my ability alongside an amazing group of committee members who I will learn and grow with. I want to ensure that no member in my committee as well as any other members feels isolated or unwanted, the RTC committee should be a haven of trust and harmony. To ensure club/ committee positivity, I want all members' ideas to be heard in each official gathering, this in turn will let members know that their voice is heard, whether the idea is good or bad, each member should have contribution and say into what happens within the committee. RTC is a very important event in the lives of key clubbers everywhere, and I feel blessed to create chants, cheers, and rhythms with my fellow members as well as to adhere to an amazing theme that will be filled with color and creativity. I value my ability to lead and with my passion for creativity as well as my fellow members’ we will formulate an amazing RTC set-up. I cannot wait to begin preparation with my family of committee members and anyone willing to help, this 2020-2021 term will be an amazing experience
